Hi, I’m Sarafina - a Registered Nurse and a health coach passionate about helping people build sustainable habits around fitness and nutrition. I combine my healthcare background with practical coaching to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.
My Story
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Central Connecticut State University and have always been drawn to helping people improve their health and quality of life. Through my work in healthcare, I’ve seen how important lifestyle habits like movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management are in supporting long-term health.
That experience led me to expand my knowledge beyond traditional healthcare. I am currently completing my NASM Fitness Coach and Nutrition Coach certifications so I can better support clients in building strength, improving their nutrition, and creating realistic routines that fit their lives.
My coaching philosophy focuses on identifying the root cause of challenges rather than relying on quick fixes. I take a holistic approach that considers the whole person, including lifestyle, habits, mindset, and daily routines. My goal is to help clients develop sustainable strategies that support long-term health, confidence, and balance.
